Annual HOA Dues are DUE

By early April, all residents should have received a mailing from the HOA containing:

• Annual dues assessment is due by May 1
• Pool card to be completed/returned for access to the pool
• Proposed HOA budget for upcoming fiscal year
• Election proxy form

Please send in your dues payment by May 1st to spare the HOA the time and expense of follow-up letters and activities.  Thank you!
