Clubhouse Rentals
The Village Farms Clubhouse is available for residents to reserve for private gatherings and events.
Clubhouse availability and reservations are managed through the Village Farms Resident Portal. Residents can log in to view available dates, select the desired level of the clubhouse, and submit a reservation request online.

Once logged in, select “Reservations” from the menu to view clubhouse availability and begin your reservation request.
Important Reservation Information
Please remember that submitting a reservation through the Resident Portal places a temporary hold on your requested date. Your reservation is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
Deposits must be received within 14 days of booking. If the deposit is not received within that timeframe, the hold will be released and the date will become available for other residents to reserve.

Resident Portal login information was provided by AMI. If you have forgotten your password, select “Forgot your password?” from the portal login page.
Please allow 1–2 business days for password assistance, as password reset requests are not automatically processed.
