A new grate has been installed on the upper lake to help combat debris from causing high water levels.
The Village Farms “Little Free Library” is now available outside the clubhouse (next to the large rocks – close to the common area). This was an initiative by Village Farms resident, Pattie Gray who approached the board back in September 2021 for approval. Pattie picked up all the costs for the materials and sought out volunteers to help build the small, yet amazing structure.
Our Little Free Library offers our residents the opportunity to share books with the community – Take a Book, Leave a Book.
Special thanks go out to the following: Pattie Gray, for making this happen, Doug Ehrgott – Carpenter, who cut out the pieces and helped construct, Dave, and Nancy Luter – Woodstock Creative, Joselyn helped cut out and painted Snoopy, Paul, and Alaina Joice were also pivotal in making this happen, Bob, Emma, Josh, Austin, and all the neighbors and friends!

Join the families of Village Farms for the Fourth of July Bike Parade on Monday, July 4th to celebrate the holiday!
Participants of all ages are encouraged to decorate their bikes, trikes, wagons, strollers, roller blades, etc. For those who would like to walk a shorter route, please see the map for the alternate walking route.
Starting at 11am participants can gather at the lower parking lot of the clubhouse and will start the ride/walk at 11:30am. The parade will then follow the path of the map- Adios Pass – Amkey Way – Senator Way – E. Laredo Way N – Amkey Way – Adios Pass – clubhouse parking lot.
Make sure to step outside of your houses along the the path to cheer on the kids of Village Farms as they walk and roll by!
