Get ready! One of Village Farms’ most anticipated traditions is back! Our annual Community Garage Sale will take place May 8–9, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
This is the perfect opportunity to clear out clutter, refresh your space, and turn those gently used items into extra cash. From furniture and home décor to toys, clothes, and unique finds—there’s something for everyone.
Not planning to sell? Come out and shop! It’s a great way to explore the neighborhood, connect with neighbors, and discover hidden treasures right here in Village Farms.
Additional details and participation information will be shared in the April newsletter and on social media as the event approaches.
We look forward to another fun, successful, and well-attended community event!

Snowplowing for Village Farms
The City of Westfield Department of Public Works (WPWD) prioritizes clearing main roads and emergency routes first during snow events, with residential street plowing typically beginning after 3 inches of accumulation.
Key Snow Removal Information:
- Priorities: Main roads and high-traffic areas are addressed first, followed by residential streets once main roads are cleared.
- Threshold: Residential plowing typically begins when snow accumulates to 3 inches or more.
- Private Streets: WPWD does not service private, unmarked streets.
- Guidelines: Residents are advised to park vehicles in driveways, not on the street, to assist crews.
The interactive WPWD snow plow map can be accessed by clicking here: https://arcg.is/1bvL4D2. Users can click the “Legend” button on the left side to see which streets are primary and secondary.

Property Management Transition Update (January 8, 2026)
The Village Farms HOA is pleased to share an important update regarding our property management services. After more than 20 years of dedicated service, our longtime Property Manager, Maureen Schriner, has retired. The Board of Directors extends its sincere appreciation to Maureen for her many years of commitment and service to our community.
Following careful discussion and evaluation, the Board decided to partner with a professional management company rather than appoint an individual replacement. Effective January 1, 2026, Ardsley Management Corporation has assumed management responsibilities for Village Farms.
Our assigned Property Manager through Ardsley is Tammy LaMartz, who brings six years of experience managing communities of various sizes. Maureen will assist briefly during the transition to ensure continuity, while new inquiries should be directed to Tammy or the Board.
The Board is actively working with Ardsley to transition operations, financial management, and resident data to FRONTSTEPS HOA Management Software, which will provide an improved user experience. Additional information about system access, assessments, and community processes will be shared soon.
Ardsley operates under the direction of the Village Farms Board of Directors, which will continue to maintain full oversight and governance of the association.
